For those familiar with Substance Painter

Step 1:
Once you have a textured asset prepared in Substance Painter, go to file, export textures. 

Step 2:
From The export tab under config, select USD PBR Metal Roughness and select a file destination.

Step 3:
Keep resolution of all texture sets at 1024x1024 or lower and export.


You now have an All World ready asset!
